We use your information to operate and improve the Platform, to match tenants with suitable properties, to facilitate communication between tenants and landlords, to process payments, to send transactional emails (e.g. application updates, payment confirmations), and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as necessary: with landlords when you submit a rental application, with payment processors to handle transactions, and with service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. email delivery, cloud hosting). All third parties are required to handle your data securely.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2-compliant infrastructure provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect certain features of the Platform.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may update your profile information from your account settings or contact us at RentEaseTCI@gmail.com to request full account deletion. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

RentEaseTCI is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
